The love, connection, and relationships you've always wanted — are actually possible. And it may be easier than you've been led to believe.

I found this work because I needed it.

I spent years investing time, money, and hope into therapies and wellness approaches that offered real insight — and only temporary relief. I understood myself deeply. And still the same patterns kept showing up — in my relationships, in my body, in that bone-deep exhaustion that sleep never quite fixed.

What I eventually found was a different kind of work entirely. Not insight-based. Not effort-based. Work that went to the level where the patterns actually lived — and resolved them there.

Each session brought a real shift. Over time — a genuinely different life.

My clients have always come for relationships. What I found, again and again, is that when attachment patterns heal — not just the relationship changes. Everything does.

That's what I bring into every session with you — and the lived knowledge that this work doesn't just produce results. Every step of the process itself can feel genuinely good. Sometimes extraordinary.

Quiet, precise work — designed to create results that last.

At the core of my practice is Core Transformation — a specific, research-supported method of subconscious change work that gently resolves the inner structures keeping patterns in place. Without reliving the past. Without pushing through resistance. Without assigning blame.

This work doesn't ask you to try harder or understand more. It goes directly to the level where the pattern was formed — and completes what was left unfinished there.

The result is change that feels natural rather than forced. Clients don't just think differently after a session — they feel different. In their body. In how they move through their relationships. In how they experience themselves.

25 years of work — from the inside out.

For over 25 years I've worked with practices rooted in meditation, body awareness, energy sensitivity, and inner perception. For more than 15 years I've supported clients one-on-one in private practice.

My training includes:

  • Advanced subconscious change work and certification in Core Transformation

  • Long-term intuitive and clairvoyant development

  • Body-based awareness practices including breathwork and movement

  • Study in inner perception and energetic sensitivity

The practice I offer today is not effort-based or cathartic. Everything I've learned has pointed toward the same truth: lasting change doesn't come from pushing harder. It comes from going deeper — to the level where the pattern was actually formed.

I'm also the creator of My Moontime — the first menstrual cycle and moon phase tracking app of its kind, featured in HuffPost, Nylon, and Marie Claire, reaching a global audience seeking a more respectful and intuitive relationship with the female body.

That work deeply shaped my understanding of how patterns live in the body — and how often people are taught to cope, manage, or override instead of resolve.

I'm also the author of Lit From Within — a guide rooted in my early exploration of the connection between the body, cycles, and overall wellbeing.

Beyond the work.

I'm based in Northern California — rooted in the natural rhythms that support health and vitality. I spend much of my time connected to the land, the seasons, and the cycles that most of modern life asks us to ignore.

I'm a member of the Napa Valley Beekeepers and work with regenerative gardening practices as part of my everyday life. I also volunteer with the Sonoma County Farm Bureau when I can.

The same principles that guide this work — going beneath the surface, working with what's actually there, trusting the system's capacity to reorganize — show up everywhere in how I live.

People don't need to be fixed. They need the right conditions for something to resolve.

Most approaches to change ask people to work harder — to push through, override, or manage what's there. This practice exists because there's another way.

When you go to the level where a pattern was actually formed, and meet what it was always reaching toward, the pattern reorganizes on its own. Not through effort. Not through understanding. Through completion.

The result is often a sense of ease, vitality, love, and connection that feels natural — not forced, not temporary, not dependent on maintaining the right mindset.

If something here resonates — a single 90-minute session is where it begins. When you book, Dana will be in touch beforehand to learn about your goals and what you most want to change. So your first session begins exactly where it needs to.
