About Dana Michelle

I came to this work because I needed it myself.

Long before this became my profession, I was searching for a way to create real, lasting change — not just insight, not coping, not temporary relief, but something that actually shifted how life felt in the body and nervous system.

That search has shaped my entire life.

Over two decades of one-on-one client work

I have worked with clients one on one for over twenty years, supporting people through stress, transition, healing, and deep personal change.

My background spans holistic health, meditation, energy-based practices, somatic awareness, subconscious transformation, and women’s wellness. Over time, my work naturally focused on female wellness and hormonal health, where stress, nervous system load, and unconscious programming play a particularly powerful role.

This isn’t theoretical knowledge.
It’s refined through decades of direct, relational work.

Why this work now

After years of study, practice, and real-world application, one truth became clear:
lasting change doesn’t come from effort, discipline, or self-improvement.

It comes from working directly with the nervous system and unconscious — where stress, conditioning, and identity are actually held.

For the past 12+ years, my focus has been guiding private sessions that allow stress to dissolve at its source and the system to return to its natural state of balance, ease, and wholeness.

This is the work I was searching for all along.

My Moontime: bringing female wellness into the world

I am also the creator of My Moontime, a women’s wellness company and app founded in 2013.

My Moontime was born from years of working with women who were doing everything “right,” yet still felt disconnected from their bodies, their cycles, and themselves. The app and company became a way to make female wellness and cyclical health accessible, grounded, and lived — long before these conversations became mainstream.

That work reached hundreds of thousands of women worldwide and remains a foundational part of my professional lineage.

A lived path, not a borrowed method

I began studying energy work in 2007, drawn to its ability to work directly with the unconscious and the deeper layers of the human system. What mattered to me even then was not philosophy, but effect — did something actually change once it was felt and integrated?

In 2015, I completed a somatic-based female movement certification, deepening my understanding of how stress, emotion, and conditioning live in the body — particularly in the female system.

In 2020, I personally experienced subconscious change work for the first time. The impact was immediate, profound, and unmistakable. This was the level of change I had been searching for all along.

I didn’t decide to offer this work because it sounded promising.
I chose it because it worked — deeply — in my own life.

That experience led me to pursue certification and dedicate my work to making this level of transformation available to others.

How this work feels

Sessions are calm, spacious, and deeply focused.

Clients often describe feeling:

  • a profound sense of ease and safety

  • clarity without effort

  • emotional openness without overwhelm

  • a return to wholeness rather than a sense of being “worked on”

Change happens gently — and it lasts.
